Merchandising and fan equipment

Former football professional Toni Polster put it in a nutshell: "Without fans there is no football". And what would football fans be without fan tool kits and merchandising articles? Here, too, many exciting and curious examples can be found in our patent documents.

Useful for cheering on your team

In order to support and cheer on the team, football fans naturally need appropriate "Vorrichtungen zur Geräuscherzeugung (devices for generating noise)".

The foldable "fan-slap" (DE 10 2015 000 862 A1), for example, features a special folding of the material sheet for high stability even during prolonged use and is characterised by loud noise generation. The material sheet can be made of paper, cardboard or cardboard and can have an imprint.

The ratchet with electromechanical and electronic components (DE 10 2008 008 285 A1) does not function according to the usual mechanical principle, whereby a spring tongue attached to an oscillating body strikes a gear. Here, the sound effect is created by electronic components housed in the ratchet. The current required for this can be generated by a dynamo driven by the flywheel.

Why just clap your hands when there is the "device for generating clap sounds" (DE 10 2008 045 435 A1)? These have circular baffles as sound generating bodies, which are attached to "parts of the body, especially the hands, or objects, that make gossiping movements" by means of a retaining strap.

Fanfare with a "kick"

Noise - but safe: The stadium fanfare DE 20 2006 008 856 U1 resembles a "vuvuzela" and can be put together from several elements. This means that the dissasembled wind instrument can be taken into the stadium despite its size. The interfaces of the elements act as "predetermined breaking points", so that the wind instrument cannot be misused for beating somebody.

The patent application number WO 2017/ 197 447 A1 has a special "kick": This football fanfare can also be filled with a soft drink. It is also quieter than a "vuvuzela", so that the noise level would be kept within limits at well-attended football events.

Drinking vessels for football fans

The following drinking vessels for football fans can be found in the utility model register in particular:

Beer mat madness

Imagine your tax declaration would be so simple that it could fit on a beer mat?
The utility model DE 202015004256 U1 "Tipp beer coasters for sports events" takes up this idea. In the future, the beer mat will simply be used to indicate the outcome of the next matches of the World Cup. Otherwise the beer mat serves as a figure for a football match (DE 202004008463 U1) with the fingers, you can use it for goal wall shooting or it is available as a coaster with make-up in the fan colours.
